David L. Kemp is President of Bankers Management, Inc. (BMI), formerly The Management Group.  BMI is a nationally recognized company in financial services training and bank consulting.  Prior to forming BMI, he served as Vice President, Director of Credit Services for Cannon Lending Schools, as well as through Banking Association sessions for individual financial institution.

 

Seminar Overview

 

This seminar deals with the basic principles of financial statement analysis.

It encourages active participation in the analysis of business activity as

revealed in the balance sheet, income statement, and funds flows statement

of a business. Participants will eventually be able to recognize and have a

general feel and understanding of the basic condition of a business. Case

studies will be presented that involve full participation. However, continued

exposure and experience is certainly the key to reaching a comfort level and

mastering financial statement analysis.
