“First Community Bank of Central Alabama has been working with Travelers as our insurance provider for blanket bond, property and casualty, D&O, and a number of other coverages, since we chartered in 2001. We work closely with Travelers through our local agent, and have received excellent service and pricing. Our local agent has bid out our insurance on a few occasions, but Travelers has always remained the best option for us on service and price, providing coverage we need. Although we work through our local agent, I have always appreciated that Travelers also provides an in-state representative who calls on us periodically to make sure they are taking care of us. When we had a claim, I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently it was handled. Finally, an added benefit for us is the opportunity to receive the policyholder dividend as a result of being a member of ICBA which we feel is simply “icing on the cake.”  I also appreciate that they are a strong supporter of CBAA.”
