North Alabama Bank Hazel Green, Alabama
With a mission of providing a superior banking product to the community, North Alabama Bank initially opened for business in Hazel Green, Alabama on August 14, 1989. On opening day, the bank was staffed by a total of six employees.
After almost two decades of providing a full range of banking services to our community, North Alabama Bank continues to grow and is a nationally recognized financial institution. With assets now in excess of $138,000,000.00, the bank is among the nation’s top twenty banks in the earnings category. Forty-two dedicated employees now staff the Main Office and the Operations Center located in Hazel Green, Alabama and the Riverton and Providence Branches located in Huntsville, Alabama. The bank continues to excel in providing a full line of banking products, including on-line banking, with an emphasis on personalized service. As the only locally owned bank in Madison County, we are truly a hometown bank with the flexibility for providing superior service because all of our decisions are made locally. As we look ahead to our 18th anniversary, we also proudly anticipate the opening of the bank’s newest branch office to be located on Providence Main in Huntsville, Alabama. Opened in temporary quarters August 2006, the branch will eventually be housed in a beautiful new 20,000 sq. ft. facility currently under construction. This branch will provide a new level of convenience to the western portions of our community.
